Shipping Policy

UK tracked 48 shipping is standard with your order, and it is always free when your order is over £20! We always aim to have your orders reach you within 2-3 working days from notification of dispatch. However, in the event that you require something shipped more promptly, please choose the tracked 24 delivery option.

It is UK only delivery for the time being (overseas orders will be available in future).

Please note that this timescale follows the Royal Mail's general guideline. Sometimes, however, delivery can take a little longer than usual, especially over peak seasons such as Christmas (or if there are any unexpected events that disrupt the postal service). Any queries on your order must be sent to us directly.

Return Policy

Here at Keep It Keto we want you to be able to once again enjoy the real taste of chocolates and more, and all whilst knowing you are not cheating your health whilst treating yourself. Unfortunately, due to perishable nature of this food, we cannot accept returns.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to amend this. We can offer cancellation and refund to allow you to replace order if the original order has not been shipped.
